On reading habit
‘Kids emulate their parent’s reading habits’ if this theory is true, then, why is that my dad, who used to spend, almost his entire time at home, after being back from office, reading novels, and yet, we 2 kids out of 3, do not read as much .
Suman Kamath said.... kids are born different. Not all kids emulate equally. There will be different pattern of learning for each kid. So at the end of the day it is parents who should put effort to improve their kid's reading habits.
and fortunately none of his 3 kids picked up his old smoking habit :)
ReplyDeleteYou Know what sometimes some people at home read so loudly that rest of them know the synopsis of what they are reading
